What is the difference between the Trend Duo / Slim Twin and the Sport models?

The Sport models feature the Infinity Wheels for an enhanced ride, and are offered in exclusive colors compared to the Trend Duo and Slim Twin.

What is the difference between the “Snap Duo Trend” and the “Trend Duo”?

The Snap Duo Trend was manufactured between2018 and 2022, when the name changed to Trend Duo. All parts and accessories remain fully compatible between the models.

Can the Trend Duo be used with 2 car seats?

Yes. You will need the Twin Kit. You can view how to set it up here: Watch Here

1. One car seat must be Maxicosi / Nuna / Cybex brand.

2. The second car seat can be any brand.

What car seats are compatible with the Trend Duo adaptors?

Universal Adaptor: Accommodates any brand infant bucket seat using the ring-style system and securing straps.
Maxicosi / Nuna / Cybex Adaptor: Compatible with all models of these brands.

My bassinet is not sitting correctly on the stroller. What should I do?

You’ll need to remove the seat fabrics on that side of the stroller before installing the bassinet. See how to install correctly

The recline on my stroller is not working correctly. What should I do?

How do I clean my stroller?

Spot Clean Fabrics: Use a mild soap with a microfiber towel.
Deep Cleaning: We do not recommend machine washing as it may damage the fabrics. You can gently hose down the stroller or remove the fabrics and wash them in a tub. How to remove & reinstall fabrics

My wheels are not pushing as smoothly as they used to. How can I fix this?

Ensure the lever on the front wheels is fully pushed up.
Remove the wheels and clean inside the housings and wheel bolts.
Apply Vaseline inside the housings and on the bolts for lubrication.

Does Valco Baby offer a warranty?

Yes! All Valco Baby USA strollers and accessories are covered under our industry-leading manufacturer's warranty. It covers purchases made in the United States for a 12-month period from the purchase date. We also offer an extended warranty option for an additional year (2
total years) on all strollers registered within 3 months of purchase. For more information on registering for the extended warranty, click here.

What is your return policy?

Valco Baby offers a 30-day return window on all purchases. Items must be in unused condition in the original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To begin a return, click here. We're also proud to offer the Checkout+ option, which allows you to
return your order for a store credit, exchange, or refund at no additional cost. Checkout+ also offers protection for stolen, damaged, or lost orders. For more information on our return policy, click here.

How does Checkout+ work?

Checkout+ is our exclusive order protection program that lets you shop with confidence. Simply select Checkout+ at checkout (for a small additional fee) and enjoy free returns and exchanges, package protection, and an easy return portal.

How much is shipping?

Customers enjoy free standard 3 to 4 day shipping on all orders $50+.

Can I order replacement parts for my double stroller?

We're happy to offer replacement parts for the Trend Duo and Slim Twin strollers. Browse our extensive selection of spare parts designed to fit perfectly and install easily on your double stroller. you can also contact our customer service team if you are unsure which part is correct for you.

I purchased my stroller at an authorized retailer but don’t have my order number or can’t log in. How do I register my product or file a warranty claim?
