Return Policy

We want you to love your Valco Baby purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Quick Return Information

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • How to Start a Return: Begin your return through our Return Portal.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns that are not received in their original packaging or are not returned in like-new condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, determined after inspection of the returned item.


Navidium Shipping Protection

At checkout, you may choose to purchase Navidium Shipping Protection, an optional service that provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If Navidium Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible shipping issues can be resolved directly through our Return Portal without requiring you to work with the shipping carrier. Claims are reviewed based on the circumstances of the shipment and our shipping protection guidelines.

Navidium Shipping Protection is optional and is not required to complete your purchase. Orders placed without shipping protection will still ship normally; however, shipping-related issues will be handled in accordance with the carrier's claims process and our standard policies.

Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.


Payment Methods

Valco Baby accepts the following payment methods:

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

The billing address provided during checkout must match the billing address associated with your credit card. If payment authorization is declined, Valco Baby reserves the right to cancel the order.

Valco Baby is unable to resolve payment issues with your financial institution. Any payment-related issues must be addressed directly with your card issuer.


Returning Merchandise

Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery by initiating a return through our Return Portal.

Returns can only be requested after an order has been marked as shipped.

Refunds are issued for the value of the returned merchandise only. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or shipped in error:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear.

  • Products returned without their original packaging, manuals, or included accessories.

  • Replacement parts.

  • Special order items.

  • Discontinued or clearance items marked as final sale.

Restocking Fee

Returns that are not received in their original packaging or are not returned in like-new condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Whether a restocking fee applies is determined after inspection of the returned item and, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

If your return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part, please select the appropriate reason when submitting your return through the Return Portal. Approved claims may qualify for reimbursement of return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty claim through our Warranty claim Portal. Our team will review your submission to determine whether the issue is covered under the terms of the Valco Baby Limited Warranty.

Please note that warranty claims are separate from returns and are evaluated according to the terms of the Valco Baby Limited Warranty.


Shipping Damage

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please refuse the delivery whenever possible.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please submit a shipping damage claim through the Return Portal as soon as possible.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping materials, and paperwork until your claim has been resolved. Disposing of the packaging may affect our ability to process your claim.


Limits of Responsibility

Valco Baby is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or the loss of parts after the product has been received and used.


International & U.S. Territory Shipping

International and U.S. territory shipping destinations available for purchase are displayed during checkout.

If your desired destination is not available during checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.


APO & FPO Addresses

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses are sent via USPS. at no additional charge. Delivery times vary based on military mail transportation schedules.


Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and product information are accurate. However, prices, specifications, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

If you believe there has been a pricing or promotional discrepancy, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

Price differences resulting from previous or future promotions are not eligible for refunds or price adjustments.


Indemnification

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valco Baby, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our website, products, or services.


Errors & Order Cancellations

Valco Baby reserves the right to correct pricing, product description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel orders when necessary, including after an order has been placed.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with this Return Policy.
